With a research interest in DNA repair, I am also active in applying next-generation sequencing technology to identify specific genomic changes in cancer that can be therapeutically targeted. As the director of CLIA-certified Clinical Genomics Laboratory at RUCDR Infinite Biologics I run a clinical laboratory focused on identifying genetic abnormalities that make tumors cancerous and help make precision medicine a reality for patients by providing comprehensive genomic profiles to oncologists to help them match their patients to targeted therapies.
