"Regulation of Signaling and Endocytosis by NEDD4 Family E3 Ubiquitin Ligases"

The MacGurn Lab investigates how ubiquitin conjugation pathways regulate membrane trafficking and signaling decisions in eukaryotic cells. Here, I will present how recent efforts to understand the regulation of human NEDD4 networks led to the identification of a ubiquitin switch that controls proliferation and migration decisions in cancer cells.
