“How to make a good egg”

In all sexually reproducing animals, mistakes in meiosis can result in the formation of eggs with the wrong number of chromosomes (aneuploidy) which are highly linked to infertility, miscarriage and developmental disorders. My seminar will overview the projects on-going in the lab that address molecular and genetic causes of maternal aneuploidy.
