“The interactions between genetic, epigenetic, and metabolic landscapes reveal tumor vulnerabilities: the case of neuroblastoma”
The interactions between genetic, epigenetic, and metabolic landscapes are complex and dynamic during the development and carcinogenesis. Genetic mutations induce epigenetic and metabolic reprograming. Alternately, epigenetic and metabolic landscapes can be permissive or restrictive to oncogenic mutations. Studying these interactions reveals vulnerabilities that could be exploited for novel therapeutic strategies.
